Hybridization data is inextricably linked to the quality of the printed array. Array defects such as inadequate depositions, poor sample coupling, and nucleic acid degradation, can lead to faulty data and erroneous conclusions. Microarrays Inc takes the gamble out of your data by performing a full range of quality control tests to assure that your arrays are of the highest caliber. Prior to committing valuable sample to an array, you will receive data validating the number of probes deposited and the relative coupling efficiencies of each sample. These QC data will improve the overall confidence level of the resultant hybridization data, and make more subtle comparisons possible.

Microarrays Inc also takes the guesswork out of array alignment and maintains a high level of spatial precision throughout the printing of every lot. Specifications with regard to absolute array and spot placement are tightly monitored. This attention to detail results in saved scanner time and fewer auto-format failures.
